Bavaria sells building in Munich to Apple for 251 million euros
- Apple has acquired another building in Munich, Germany for 251 million euros as part of its plan to expand its European Center for Chip Design.
- The building is located near the Karlstrasse where the company is currently building a European Silicon Design Center and the acquisition provides additional space for Apple's operations in Munich.
- The investment in the Seidlstrasse is part of Apple's long-term strategy of investing over one billion euros in Germany, particularly in Munich, where it aims to establish a hub for technology and innovation.
In March 2021, Apple has already announced to invest more than a billion euros in Germany and started building their European Silicon Design Center. This move to acquire the Seidlstrasse building is in line with that plan and is a great step forward in Apple's commitment to the region. Bavaria is already home to many tech giants and Apple's continued investment in the area reinforces its status as a hub for technology and innovation.

With this latest acquisition, Apple will have even more space to continue its innovative work and contribute to Bavaria's reputation as a hub for technology and innovation.
